Standard

Busy Sunday lined up for today. 

  • 7am: Prep food for week and dinner with family  
  • 9am and 11am: Meeting with two of my challengers to prep for their next phase of 24 Day Challenge 
  • 2pm: Poolside with family for dinner 
  • 7pm: Get packed up and set for week


Here’s what’s on the menu this week:

Monday: Honey Balsamic One Pan Chicken featuring Sweet Potatoes and Green Beans 

Tuesday: Crock Pot Barbaco Beef

Wednesday: Left Overs

Thursday: Salmon over Broccoli Slaw 

Friday: Pizza Night! 

Toddler Breakfast: Blueberry Power Muffin
