Prior to taking the plunge into the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge I was drinking 4 cups of coffee a day and completely exhausted when Wednesday rolled around. The most frustrating part of my prior lifestyle was I would have 4 “clean eating” days early in the week and then gain back any weight over the weekend. I couldn’t string together weeks of my ideal lifestyle.
I was determined to “reset my system” and flush out the “crap” that I was dragging me down. So that meant I was ALL IN FOR 24 DAYS! What I got out of the 24DC was just that! A new body, a new attitude, and a “glow” (as one friend commented to me)!
I am still in shock when I look at the clock and its says 10:30pm. Or it’s 5:00pm and I am pleasant to my family because I have the energy to juggle making dinner, a toddler, and life. The icing on the cake was a 6lb weight loss and 6inches lost in 24 days! What I didn’t expect is how easy the meal plan was to follow. I truly loved the structure I received from my coach and the support from the ADVOCARE family.
Today I enjoy walking into any pair of pants in my closet and proud of my determination during and beyond the 24 Day Challenge.
